Open to ALL Harris County residents in need: Thu & Fri 9 AM - 12:30 PM + 3rd Saturday
Manna House Third Ward Food Pantry was founded on May 16, 1997 by a coalition of Houston churches united by one belief: no one in the Third Ward should go without food. What began as a small community effort has grown into one of the neighborhood's most trusted resources.
The pantry started at 3209 Ennis and later moved to its current home at 3118½ Blodgett Street, on the campus of Pilgrim Congregational United Church of Christ. Today our all-volunteer team serves 100 or more families every week.
Manna House is a proud partner of the Houston Food Bank and takes part in its annual Share Your Birthday campaign.
Eliminating hunger. Feeding the culture. Connecting our community.
Manna House is more than a place to pick up groceries. It's a gathering point for neighbors, volunteers, and supporters who believe hunger has no place in the Third Ward. Everyone who walks through our doors is treated with respect, warmth, and dignity.
